The 92nd Street Y celebrates Ragtime and Dixieland jazz on Saturday, February 14 in an evening inspired by the music and dances of New Orleans,
St. Louis, Kansas City and the Carolinas. Performances of '20s Charleston and Peabody as well as a Charleston dance contest highlight the festivities..
The evening begins at 7:00pm with a lesson in the basics of '20s Charleston and Lindy Hop. From 8:00pm to 1:00am, there will be dancing to live music
performed by famed octogenarian bandleader Sam Ulano and His Swingers. Doors open at 6:45pm on February 14, 2004. Admission is $15 ($10 for
students with valid ID) and includes complimentary wine and cheese, light snacks, coffee and tea.

Paolo joins Jennifer, Roddy, Simone, Chad and Midori for a weekend of fun social swing dance performances at The KIDS CAFE FESTIVAL Dancewave, Inc. will present the 10th Anniversary Kids Cafe Festival, Brooklyns premiere family event, Saturday and Sunday, January 24th and 25th, 2003 at 3pm at the Brooklyn Music School and Playhouse, 126 Felix Street (around the corner from BAM). Hudson River Park Pier 25 Hudson River Park (N. Moore St on the Hudson River) Subway to Chambers Street, walk west, cross West Street & turn right (north) Paolo and Staci will perform their "Swing Dance America" number at this event July 6th. Also performing is Carol Fraser's Varsity Swing. These fun and free outdoor dances are sponsored by the Hudson River Park Trust and take place on right on top of Pier 25.
